Summer Vacation Accommodation

Registered University of Surrey students already living in University residences can apply to extend their stay in accommodation for the Summer Vacation. Summer Vacation Accommodation will be available between Monday 17 June 2013 and Saturday 14 September 2013 (see the application form for details).
Students who do not currently live in University accommodation may apply for a room over the summer; however the earliest they may request to move in is Saturday 29 June 2013.
Accommodation for Graduation July 2013

We have 3 types of room available for students who are graduating in July 2013:

| Ensuite singles at Manor Park | £27.50 per night | Sun 14-Jul-13 to Sat 20-Jul-13 (inclusive) |
Each student graduating may book up to 3 rooms for themselves or guests and rooms are may stay from 1 up to 8 nights. The earliest arrival date is Sun 14-Jul-13 and the latest departure date is Mon 22-Jul-13.

Understanding Accommodation Prices

Accommodation Services have recently announced the prices for the 2013/14 academic year for University Halls.
Working with the Students' Union and other stakeholders, Accommodation Services have listened to feedback and ensured there are no price increases for those residents in Bands A and B next year. Therefore students choosing to live in Hazel Farm, Guildford Court or the Stag Hill duplexes will see no price increase, helping those on a low budget.
Accommodation Prices 2013/2014

Working closely with the Students Union, the University has recently agreed the 2013/2014 prices for on-site accommodation. Mindful of challenging economic times and concerns of students about living costs the University has worked hard to keep rents as low as possible and well below both the national and regional rent averages.

Continuing Student Accommodation 2013/14

For continuing students that applied before the deadline, we are in the process of dealing with your application for the 2013/14 Academic Year. Students that have been allocated accommodation will be contacted before the end of January 2013 using their University email address. Those that applied late will be put onto a waiting list and allocated accommodation in February/March as spaces become available.
