Advertise vacancies

Our aim is to provide an accessible and flexible service for you, to help you to recruit our graduates. We are in touch with them through the web, email and their academic departments. We are always happy to discuss your recruitment needs, particularly if you are considering graduate recruitment for the first time.

We will be pleased to advertise any vacancies you may have, either for final year students or for graduates, or part time and temporary  vacancies for current students on our online vacancy bulletin.  Please note that vacancies must meet the National Minimum Wage requirements.This is a free service. We reserve the right to edit any information sent. 

If you are a recruitment agency, please could you indicate who your client is for each vacancy so we can process them. We respect the fact that you may need to keep your client's name confidential, the information is simply required for our admin records - please indicate if you would like us to keep your client's name confidential. 

You can also submit vacancy information via email to careers@surrey.ac.uk. Please supply your vacancy information under the following headings:

  • Name of employer
  • Address for application
  • Nature of business
  • Details of vacancy (job title, brief outline of duties, location)
  • Degree subject, special skills and personal attributes required
  • Salary/rate of pay
  • Method of application and person to contact
  • Closing date (if any)
