Paul Hicks and Alec Bennett from BAE Insyte will give insight into large scale project management for the Future Aircraft Carrier Mission System.

This presentation will look at leading edge techniques in the design, delivery, integration and introduction into service of the Future Aircraft Carrier (CVF) Mission System; a complex, multi-million pound C4ISTAR environment within the battlespace and a key enabling component of the UK's future Carrier Strike capability. Key to this process is the engineering repository-based approach adopted by the team to engage the customer and to deliver a "no surprises, right first time" solution.
