BCS Programming Competition

Write a program in Java that can play Four-In-A-Row!
Open to anyone – a great opportunity for ICT students or computing clubs.
All information can be downloaded from the website including tutorials for getting started and examples of different strategies!

Any students wanting some help getting started are invited to a two hour workshop at the University of Surrey on Tuesday 10th March 2-4pm where the competition organisers will walk you through a Java tutorial.

Winners will be announced in early June and the best submissions invited to an award ceremony.

Prizes will be given for the highest placed Beginner Entry and Open Entry. The top prize is a top specification ASUS Eee PC Netbook (Windows XP Home Preloaded, 10" Screen, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD).

Submit your entry online on Monday 1st June.
