  • Approximately two thirds of our accommodation is on the Stag Hill campus and more than 50 per cent of rooms have en suite shower and toilet facilities.
  • Manor Park is one mile away, 20 minutes’ walk or a short cycle ride – it has over 1,500 en suite rooms, a café and easy access to the Surrey Sports Park
  • Students share a kitchen-dining room, conveniently close to bedrooms
  • Access to inclusive broadband
  • Communal areas with TV room, mail racks and friendly staff
  • All residences are non-smoking
  • Possessions insurance is provided at no additional charge
  • Most accommodation is mixed-sex, but you can choose to live in a single-sex flat if you wish

Home from home

We have launderettes on all our sites, a post office, bank, bookstore, pharmacy, convenience store and health centre on the Stag Hill campus, and a café-bar on the Manor Park Campus. There is a large Tesco supermarket nearby, with global cuisine and dietary needs catered for by the Students’ Union international food shop. A weekly fruit and vegetable market is held on the Stag Hill campus too.

All campus accommodation has a residential warden service and 24-hour cover from our in-house security team, ensuring that you feel safe and secure. Student mentors are also on hand to help you settle in and keep your social diaries busy.

Accommodation for couples and families

If you plan to bring your family, we have some family accommodation available on the Stag Hill Campus, at Hazel Farm and Manor Park. We regret that we cannot guarantee the availability of family accommodation.

The campus is patrolled by our friendly security team, whose on-site office is always open to visitors and staffed for phone calls.
