At Surrey, we offer a variety of good-quality accommodation, with a choice of several different price bands.
Arranged in Courts of Residence (groups of self-catered housing), our campus accommodation has been carefully designed to meet your needs and provide you with a comfortable living space to make your own.
Our campus has more than 300 different types of trees and over 1,000 different species of flowers. Together they provide beautiful and engaging scenery all year round.
Applications for accommodation can be made through the Accommodation Services web pages. Please make sure you read the full conditions on how to apply.
We have launderettes on all our sites, a post office, bank, bookstore, pharmacy, convenience store and health centre on the Stag Hill campus, and a café-bar on the Manor Park Campus. There is a large Tesco supermarket nearby, with global cuisine and dietary needs catered for by the Students’ Union international food shop. A weekly fruit and vegetable market is held on the Stag Hill campus too.
All campus accommodation has a residential warden service and 24-hour cover from our in-house security team, ensuring that you feel safe and secure. Student mentors are also on hand to help you settle in and keep your social diaries busy.
