Property Law
Research in Property Law in the School of Law is centred on property rights theory and on property in land and natural resources.
Academic staff and research students are involved in a range of research projects within these broad areas, including property in water, customary and communal resource use rights, indigenous land rights, forests and property rights and development. Our property researchers work closely with the School’s Environmental Regulatory Research Group and also have collaborative links with other research groups within the University, including the University Water Research Group.
