Research is an important ingredient of the Leadership Academy, and this has been supported by the Management Observatory for Leadership and Innovation Excellence (MOLIE). The purpose of the Observatory is to investigate the leading-edge thinking on leadership and innovation that is emerging across the globe through, for example, international conference papers and articles in the academic literature. These ideas will be disseminated through a series of newsletters which will be updated on this section of the website regularly. What is essential, however, is that the ideas are debated within the Academy and the best ideas integrated into how we teach and develop leadership within the region.
