Ergodic theory and dynamical systems; rates of mixing and statistical properties; nonuniform, singular, and partial hyperbolicity; applications to Lorentz gases and Lorenz-like attractors; anomalous diffusion in deterministic systems; compact and noncompact group extensions; testing for chaos; hypermeander of spiral waves.
