PhD Studentships
Listed below you will find a list of studentships to fund PhDs for specific projects with the named academics. Some projects are only available to UK or to EU citizens. See the project description for details. The Department and Faculty also has funds to fully support UK students and at least partially support non-UK EU students to do projects from the PhD projects list. See the Faculty funding webpage for more details of funding.
There are currently no PhD studentships for specific projects. However, it is very likely that there will be studentships available for starts in 2012. Every year the Department has a number of studentships, for example from EPSRC and STFC. These are usually taken for October starts, but January, April and July starts may be possible. Please see the Faculty funding webpage for more details of funding for PhDs.
