Surrey Scholarship Online

Making Surrey's Publications available to the world

Surrey Scholarship Online (SSOL) is a service whose aim is to gather, manage and disseminate the full text of the University staff’s research papers through its open access website.

Papers posted in SSOL are highly visible on the web and available to download by anyone in the world, without password or fee barriers. Most of the posted papers are peer-reviewed published articles but other research outputs can also be included.

The service is run by the Digital Collections team in Library and Learning Support. We help authors understand and manage copyright, upload their papers and meet their funders’ mandates. For more information, contact digitalcollections@surrey.ac.uk.

Publications Database

Making day-to-day publications management  easier for researchers

The Publications Database is a bibliographic data management system that aims to provide a comprehensive portfolio of the research publications produced by academics at the University of Surrey.

The publications database aims to make the process of maintaining publications information simpler for academic staff.
The publications stored in the Publications database can then be used for anything from writing CVs, promoting work online to preparing for the REF.
The publications database offers researchers an invaluable insight into the latest research activity across the university.
